Stellenbeschreibung

As a part of a multi-disciplinary product design team, you will articulate and envision the future
software products.

As a user researcher, you will help provide actionable and meaningful data-driven insights that
represent the voice of multiple users. You will collaborate across development, design, and
marketing teams to evaluate current and future user research needs that help to improve product
definition and drive business goals. You will work in a fast-paced environment while applying both
generative and evaluative research methods to build understanding and empathy for our users. You
will be responsible for adhering to the Design Thinking process, crafting personas, assembling
detailed user stories and scenarios, influencing design strategy, conducting stakeholder, and sponsor
user interviews as well as tests.

Stellenanforderung

-3+ years of hands-on work experience in conducting UX research for software products
-Relevant education or work-experience in human–computer interaction, anthropology,
psychology, sociology, or comparable
-Experience with a wide variety of design research methodologies, including both generative and
evaluative research
-Strength in a particular research specialty like design strategy, surveys, statistical modeling,
analytics/visualization, etc.
-Analytical techniques and your own judgment to prioritize design work
-Skills to effectively communicate those results to other members of the design team and
stakeholders
-Passion for learning new technologies and understanding the needs of users across a wide
range of technical abilities
-Deep understanding of usability and user-centered design practices
-Analytical thinking and problem solving
-Ability to work autonomously in a self-directed design team
-Fluent English and German
-Excellent, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
-Preferred technical and professional expertise
-6+ years of hands-on work experience in conducting software product design research
